Returns Policy

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. 

The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer at a shipping cost.

To reduce our environmental impact, return labels are not included in the shipment, but will be sent via email when you request your return at info@knytstudios.com

If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, the return/exchange cost is on us! 

How to initiate your return

If you would like to make a return, please email our customer service at gabriella@knytstudios.com and we'll send you further instructions and a return label. 

Important to note:

  • We do not cover the return shipping cost* and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

  • We unfortunately don't accept returns or exchanges for international orders yet.

*return shipping cost for US orders: $5

Exchanges

If you would like to change the size or color of your item, please email gabriella@knytstudios.com and we'll provide you with a label for you to send your items back and further instructions.

Please note that:

  • We offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we do not cover the shipping costs.

  • We’re unable to accept exchanges beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

 When will I receive my refund?

We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. Processing returns may take up to 5 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, so please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
